About overlock

Baoyu GT-700D-4 is a high-speed industrial four-thread double-needle overlock designed to work with light and medium materials of the knitted group. Adjustable stitch length – 0.6 – 3.8 mm. The model is equipped with: built-in servo drive, centralized lubrication system, integrated control panel and LED lighting.

Built-in servomotor

The Baoyu GT-700D-4 model is powered by a built-in, energy-saving servomotor manufactured by Supu. Direct transmission of revolutions on the main shaft of the car provides soft work, with the minimum level of vibrations and noise.

Motor power 550W. Base speed – 5500 rpm (maximum speed 6500 rpm, set on request – optional).

Trimming and promotion of material

The double toothed rack of the lower conveyor with the regulator of differential giving provides uniform giving of problem materials, and the knife for cutting of materials is made of high-speed pobeditovy steel which easily copes with any fabrics.
